Grease a muffin pan with cooking spray. place spinsch, onion, grape tomatoes into each muffin cup. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs,with salt and black pepper and pour into 6 muffin cups until the liquid almost reaches the top. Bake at 350°F/180°C for 20-25 minutes, until set. Top each muffin with cubed avocado and feta . Enjoy! 2 Turkey & egg breakfast recipe 300 calories (1 serving) Ingredients 1 tsp olive oil 1/4 cup onion 3 oz ground turkey chili powder, salt and black pepper 1 oz spinach 1 egg 2 egg whites 1 oz canned mushrooms Preparation Preheat the oven to 350°F. Heat the 1 tsp of olive oil in a medium sized skillet set to medium-high heat. add in the onion and Ground Turkey and season with the Chili Powder, and Salt and Pepper. Continue to cook the meat until the ground turkey is cooked. Transfer the cooked ground turkey to a glass or metal baking dish greased with cooking spray. Layer the Spinach then pour the beaten eggs with salt and pepper and top with mushrums. Place the dish in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the edges of the egg begin to brown and the casserole is firm throughout. 3 Omelette muffins 60 calories (6 serving) Ingredients 1 cup cooked quinoa, warmed 1/3 cup spinach 1/3 cup cheddar or mozzarella cheese 2 egg white salt Preparation Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a muffin pan with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, mix the warm quinoa with the cheese to melt the cheese. Add the egg whites, salt, and spinach leaves. Stir to combine. Spoon mixture into 6 muffin cups. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Run a small knife around the edges to loosen and pop out of the muffin pan. 4 Breakfast Bars with Blueberries 110 calories (8 serving) Ingredients 2 bananas 3/4 cup cooked quinoa 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/4 cup raisins 2 egg 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup blueberries Preparation Preheat the oven to 180c / 350f and line a glass or metal baking dish with parchment paper. Mash the bananas and add quinoa, oats, rasins to the bowl and mix well. Add the eggs, vanilla extract and mix.again. Finally stir in the blueberries. Transfer the mixture to the dish and bake in the oven for 20 – 25 minutes until firm to touch. Allow to cool before cutting into 8 squares. I hope you like all these healthy recipes.

Often I might angle my body or do some more complex combinations and you might get lost as to which leg you should be on. By mirroring me and turning your body in the same direction as mine, you can avoid confusion. All you need to do is see which leg/arm I am moving, is it the one closest to the screen or furthest away, then you do the same. In the end you will actually be on the opposite leg as me, but you will be mirroring my moves, which will make it a lot easier to follow than if you tried to stay on the same side as me. INTERVAL WORKOUT Body weight WORKOUT - Barlates Body Blitz Endruance 80 Add it on https://youtu.be/R-31terPAbY Welcome to the Endurance 80 Series. These workouts use intervals of 80 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to build your endurance and strength. The workouts are designed to fully fatigue your muscles and to take you to another level of focus and technique. Your balance and coordination will be challenged and your muscles will feel the burn! In Endurance 80 Add it on you will start off with 2 warm up rounds and then do 2 separate combinations for 4 rounds each, with 2 cardio moves in between switching sides. The combinations will always start with a base move and each round you add on one component. The first circuit is a curtsy lunge to side lunge, in front and behind, then a leg kick, then a handstand and finally a push up are added on. The second combination starts with a lunge behind to a front kick, then a circle squat, a cross knee and a squat thrust are added on. It's 30 minutes of non-stop work to torch fat and sculpt lean muscle. Finish with an elongating stretch at the end! These workouts are all about the butt! You will work it from all angles with lots of different overload techniques to really shape those glutes. Using your own body weight and other implements of torture you will see lots of unique combinations to keep your mind and body engaged. It may look harmless, but your butt will be on fire! THE WORKOUTS ARE: Squats & More (25 mins): You will start with side to side, butt kick squats, move into a low side squat set with various tempos, then a crouching glute raise to front kick set with lots of pulses and leg extensions and finally a plie squat to hamstring stretch combo. Bonus Upper (27 mins): You will see glute raise in all fours, then in down dog and finally on the wall in a handstand position, you will then move to all fours side hydrants, down dog bend extend side leg raises and wall side leg sweeps, finally you will do an all fours semi-circle glute raise and some extended leg pulses. Cardio Sculpt (25 mins): You will get your heart rate up with side to side skaters and knee pulls, then move into a lunge kick combination, some low crouching pulses, squat thrust cardio intervals, a low lunge to kneeling knee up, glute raise combo, more single leg pulses, a dynamic lunge kick set and finally some inner thigh exercises. Extra Toasty (23 mins): You will see glute raise to cross over squats, kneeling to front and back raises, figure eight pulses, diagonal lunges to side leg raises and front knees and crouching single leg squats. Extra Fried (27 mins): You will use the wall to elevate your glute bridge exercises. Start with slightly easier wall walks, then go to single leg glute raises and leg extensions, various foot angles for more raises and pulses and then some more out, out, in, in walks to finish off!
