Whisk together the eggs, pumpkin, butter, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Add in coconut flour, sea salt, baking soda, and pumpkin pie spice and stir until everything is well combined. Gently fold in cranberries. Divide batter into a 12-count muffin tin that is either lined with muffin cups or sprayed with cooking spray. Pop in the oven and bake for 35 minutes. Enjoy. NOTES I love serving these muffins toasted with a schmear of cream cheese on top. It makes for a delicious breakfast along side a cup of coffee. These 4 workouts are designed burn lots of calories and tone your muscles with fun cardio segments and tough sculpting exercises. You will use various equipment as well as just your body weight to chisel and define your entire body. These are total body workouts that will get a lot done in minimum time! Shape Up Band is a total body workout with cardio and strength training. You will start with 5 slower paced old school cardio exercises to warm up the body and familiarize you with the moves. You will then alternate between 5 lower body loop exercises on one side, then the same 5 cardio exercises at a faster pace, 5 lower body loop exercises on the other side, back to the cardio, 5 shoulder exercises using the band, back to the cardio, 5 chest exercises also with the band, back to the cardio, 5 standing abs exercises, one last round of cardio and finally 5 back extension exercises with the band. You will use a double set principle where you perform 2 different intensity levels of one exercises to fully fatigue the muscle. Each workout will use various pieces of equipment as well as your body weight to increase the challenge. You will work from the hardest to the easiest level with lots of variations to keep thing interesting. Each workout is a total body workout with warm up and stretch at the end. In Double Burn Ankle Weights you will start with some squat and lunge combinations to warm up your entire body. Then move to 2 lower body groupings - elevated squats with side leg raises and a tough inner thigh series using the step for extra range of motion. Then 2 upper body groupings - an incline biceps curl and seated shoulder upright row series using the ball to lean against, and a side lateral raise to angled front push combination. Then 2 core groupings - a standing abs set with side knee ups and an elevated up and over lower ab tuck combinations that will really burn your belly. Finish with a lengthening stretch. You will target all your problem areas with 10 rounds of 60 second intervals. You will add extra equipment such as ankle weights, resistance bands and pilates ball to some of the exercises to increase the burn even more. The workouts are easy to follow, but tough to do. They require very little space and guarantee results if you do them on a regular basis. In Target 10 Weighted Upper you will use a step and a variety of hand weights to target your arms, shoulders, chest and back. You will start with a triceps dip combination, then move to 3 exercises on one side, including a side plank clean and press, a kneeling back row combo and a side plank biceps curl. Then move to a seated front raise to upright row combo, a chest fly and press combo and finally a biceps curl to shoulder press to triceps extension exercise.
