INTERVAL WORKOUT Body weight WORKOUT - Barlates Body Blitz Endruance 80 Take it off https://youtu.be/79mDv-nCo4Q Welcome to the Endurance 80 Series. These workouts use intervals of 80 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to build your endurance and strength. The workouts are designed to fully fatigue your muscles and to take you to another level of focus and technique. Your balance and coordination will be challenged and your muscles will feel the burn! In Endurance 80 Take It Off you will start with 2 warm up intervals and then move to 2 combinations, each is 4 rounds. You will start with a full combination and then take off one move in each of the next 3 intervals. There are also 2 cardio sculpt intervals before you switch sides. It's 30 minutes of non-stop work to torch fat and sculpt lean muscle. Finish with an elongating stretch at the end!
