Resistance Band Ballet Barre Workout - BARLATES BODY BLITZ Target 20 Total Loop https://youtu.be/g0qZRCbMyQw Welcome to the Target 20 series. You will target all your problem areas with 20 rounds of 60 second intervals. You will add extra equipment such as ankle weights, resistance bands and pilates ring to some of the exercises to increase the burn even more. The workouts are easy to follow, but tough to do. They require very little space and guarantee results if you do them on a regular basis. In Target 20 Total Loop you will use a resistance loop with standing and mat exercises to streamline your lower body. You will see start with compound exercises working your arms and your lower body, there are shoulder presses, biceps curls and 2 sets of different triceps extensions. Then you will move to a standing barre squats set in turned out position, a single leg extension set with the loop around the foot, then a wide plie series with upper body engagement and finally you will hit the mat for a tough upper, lower and obliques sequence. There is a lengthening stretch to finish. You will use a triple set principle where you perform 3 different intensity levels of one exercises to fully fatigue the muscle. Each workout will use various pieces of equipment as well as your body weight to increase the challenge. You will work from the hardest to the easiest level with lots of variations to keep thing interesting. Each workout is a total body workout with warm up and stretch at the end. In Triple Burn Mat you will start with some kneeling thigh work, which will also incorporate some flowing arms and obliques. After this warm up you will move to a glute bridge segment using the elevation and a band, then just the elevation and finally on the floor with the band, next you will see a side leg raise series on and off the elevation, then move to a tough down dog push-up series to really burn out the shoulders, a back extensions set using light weights and the elevation, then 2 tough abs rounds, one focusing on mostly lower abs and the next on upper abs. Both will use the light weights to increase the burn. There is a lengthening stretch at the end. Ballet Barre workout - BARLATES BODY BLITZ Target 20 Barre https://youtu.be/ac0dioeO9rE Welcome to the Target 20 series. You will target all your problem areas with 20 rounds of 60 second intervals. You will add extra equipment such as ankle weights, resistance bands and pilates ring to some of the exercises to increase the burn even more. The workouts are easy to follow, but tough to do. They require very little space and guarantee results if you do them on a regular basis. In Target 20 Barre you will start with compound exercises engaging your lower body whilst using light weights and a resistance loop to burn out your arms. You will then move to a wide plie and obliques section using the playground ball to intensify. Then a front of thigh segment with the ball between the thighs, a glute series in bent over position and finally a lengthening stretch. You will use a triple set principle where you perform 3 different intensity levels of one exercises to fully fatigue the muscle. Each workout will use various pieces of equipment as well as your body weight to increase the challenge. You will work from the hardest to the easiest level with lots of variations to keep thing interesting. Each workout is a total body workout with warm up and stretch at the end. In Triple Burn Sculpt you will starts with some easier squats and lunges to heat the entire body, then move to a tough plie squat and curtsy squat series using an elevation and a heavy weight, then move to upper body with biceps and triceps exercises using weights and a resistance band and finally hit the core hard with elevated tucks and oblique side to side exercises. The pace is fast so the heart rate will be high and you will get a good sweat on because of the elevation and weights. There is a lengthening stretch at the end.
