Ankle Weight Thighs Workout - BARLATES BODY BLITZ Target 10 Outer Thighs https://youtu.be/8UChCzzY17c Welcome to the Target 10 series. You will target all your problem areas with 10 rounds of 60 second intervals. You will add extra equipment such as ankle weights, resistance bands and pilates ball to some of the exercises to increase the burn even more. The workouts are easy to follow, but tough to do. They require very little space and guarantee results if you do them on a regular basis. In Target 10 Outer Thighs you will use ankle weights in a side lying tucked position to burn out all angles of your outer thighs. You will start with knee and toes, a raise to knee in combo, bend extend, then l shape extensions and finally a straight leg raise to front kick before moving on to the other side and repeating all the exericses. Staying on the one side for 5 rounds fully fatigues the muscle and will give you the best results. Do the workout with or without ankle weights depending on your fitness level.
