We’re burning about 200 calories with LOW IMPACT, squat-free exercises that are designed to protect and strengthen your knee joints. Plus, we’re doing a handful of PT-approved seated knee exercises to isolate and strengthen the muscles that surround and support your knee! This fabulous routine needs no equipment, has no jumping or transitions to the ground and includes a warm up and cool down.
