You will use a triple set principle where you perform 3 different intensity levels of one exercises to fully fatigue the muscle. You will work from the hardest to the easiest level with lots of variations to keep thing interesting. Each workout is a total body workout with warm up and stretch at the end. THE SET INCLUDES: Barre (43): you will see a tough ballet thigh series, a kneeling glute series, a chest fly series, a standing bent over fly series for the upper back and finally 2 challenging abs sets. Chisel (50): you will see 2 tough lower body segments using the elevation, loop and ball. Then you will move to an arms segment for shoulders than the biceps, and finally hit those abs with elevated teasers and a plank twisting. Define (54): start with a tough lunge sequences with tucks and raises, move to a standing leg raise series, then a side and front raise combo and a biceps series with w-curls and 90 degree curls. Finally back extensions and an x-teaser sequence. Mat (39): start with a glute bridge segment, then a side leg raise series on and off the elevation, a tough down dog push-up series, back, then 2 tough abs rounds. Sculpt (39): start with a tough plie squat and curtsy squat series, then move to upper body with biceps and triceps and finally hit the core hard with elevated tucks and oblique exercises. Shape (49): start with an elevated squat sequence then a single leg ball roll out, then move to upper body with a biceps curl, shoulder press and triceps extension combo and a back extension sequence and a tough abs exercise. Weights (44): start with a side lunge series, a challenging dead lifts series, then a lying biceps series, a standing position with w curls, then rotator cuffs and side lateral raises. Finally finish with 2 intense abs segments Functional (42): start with a kneeling to lunge kick combo, then a glute bridge segment, a push up down dog series, a down dog shoulder raise series, and finally a lower abs and obliques sequence.
