Rebounder Workout Mini Trampoline Workout BARLATES BODY BLITZ Bounce Express Kick Box https://youtu.be/BK8bKaQghJw Welcome to the BOUNCE EXPRESS Series. As the name suggests, these are express workouts that give you maximum burn in minimum time. These are interval based workouts that will get your heart rate high and your muscles burning. The rebounder allows you to perform high intensity jumps in a low impact, joint friendly way. The series will include cardio exercises as well as unique sculpting intervals that will create long lean muscles and challenge your core stability. The series also contains a warm up and a stretch. In Bounce Express Kick Box you will use intervals of 60 seconds for 15 rounds to torch fat and calories. You will punch and kick your way through a fast paced, easy to follow routine. Use light hand weights to increase the intensity and angle your kicks in all directions to work your legs and glutes. This one has fun combinations and lots of balance work to engage your core and mind. There are no breaks so you will feel the sweat flying with this efficient and fun workout.
