Rebounder Workout Mini Trampoline Workout BARLATES BODY BLITZ Bounce Express Stretch https://youtu.be/uteHi7MwHGU Welcome to the BOUNCE EXPRESS Series. As the name suggests, these are express workouts that give you maximum burn in minimum time. These are interval based workouts that will get your heart rate high and your muscles burning. The rebounder allows you to perform high intensity jumps in a low impact, joint friendly way. The series will include cardio exercises as well as unique sculpting intervals that will create long lean muscles and challenge your core stability. The series also contains a warm up and a stretch. In Bounce Express Stretch you will slow down your heart rate with some flowing, feel good moves, then move to dynamic stretches on and off the trampoline and finally some more targeted, static stretches to really lengthen the muscles. This is a great workout for a rest day or as a cool down and stretch after a more vigorous workout.
