Rebounder Workout Mini Trampoline Workout BARLATES BODY BLITZ Bounce Express Jacks https://youtu.be/1yMhNd_3O_U Welcome to the BOUNCE EXPRESS Series. As the name suggests, these are express workouts that give you maximum burn in minimum time. These are interval based workouts that will get your heart rate high and your muscles burning. The rebounder allows you to perform high intensity jumps in a low impact, joint friendly way. The series will include cardio exercises as well as unique sculpting intervals that will create long lean muscles and challenge your core stability. The series also contains a warm up and a stretch. In Bounce Express Jacks you will use intervals of 60 seconds for 15 rounds to torch fat and calories. As the title suggests, you will see all different variations of jumping jacks - straight jacks, double jacks, wacky jacks, air jacks, side to side jacks, front and back jacks, x-jacks and lots more! There are no breaks so you will feel the sweat flying with this efficient and fun workout.
