As the name suggests, these are express workouts that give you maximum burn in minimum time. These are interval based workouts that will get your heart rate high and your muscles burning. The rebounder allows you to perform high intensity jumps in a low impact, joint friendly way. The series will include cardio exercises as well as unique sculpting intervals that will create long lean muscles and challenge your core stability. The series also contains a warm up and a stretch. In Bounce Express Warm Up you will move through a series of easy to follow exercises to heat your entire body. There are some fun, old school aerobics moves and flowing dance like motions to get your heart rate up slightly. You can either use this as a stand alone mini-workout or as a warm up to another more vigorous session.
