These 4 workouts are designed torch fat and tone your muscles with fun cardio segments and tough sculpting exercises. You will slide and box away those calories and use body weight and weights to chisel and define your entire body. In Torch and Tone Slide you will use your sliding discs and light hand weights to get the heart rate up and work the lower body. You will start with some flowing side to side combinations, then move into some targeted squats and lunges, add in some leg raises and lots of crouching squats to burn all those problem areas. Move to the mat for a tough plank and sit out series, then chisel those inner thighs to perfection before lengthening all the muscles with a stretch.
