You will see some interesting new combinations to keep your mind and body engaged. This series will help you create a leaner physique without any bulk! You will never outgrow these workouts - just get a heavier band and you will continue to be challenged! In TIGHTEN IT Glutes and Thighs you will perform standing and mat exercises using the loop to intensify the challenge. Start with squats and leg raise combinations, some curtsy lunges with side leg lifts, then move to a down dog and knee pull variation and finish with an all fours burner on the mat. You will do multiple exercises per side before switching, this will give you maximum results in minimum time!
