INTERVAL WORKOUT Cardio Sculpt WORKOUT - Barlates Body Blitz Endurance 120 Lower and Obliques https://youtu.be/mSMfDca-UVQ This is the trailer video clip for my full length workout Endurance 120 Lower and Obliques, which you can purchase here: Welcome to the Endurance 120 Series. These workouts use intervals of 120 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to build your endurance and strength to the max. Most of the workouts will split the intervals into 2 halves, doing one half on one side and then switching. this will fully fatigue your muscles and will take you to another level of focus and technique. Your balance and coordination will be challenged and your muscles will feel the burn! In Endurance 120 Lower and Obliques you will start with 2 warm up rounds, which will consist of a squat reach combination and a squat lunge variation, then you will move to a whole variety of combination moves which you will perform on one side for 8 rounds, then 2 cardio intervals and then the other side for 8 rounds. There are mini handstands, down dog glute raises, all fours hydrants and a tough side plank to break dance move. Lots of up and down moves to get the heart rate up and the muscles burning! There are easier modifications shown so it is a workout you can grow with, do not attempt the advanced variations until you are comfortable with the easier versions.
