This TIGHTEN IT Front and Back of Thighs you will use the resistance loop to work through quad and hamstring raises and extensions with angle variations to target the entire front and back of leg. There are seated, side lying and front lying exercises with high reps to really fatigue the muscles. You will do multiple exercises per side before switching, this will give you maximum results in minimum time!
