INTERVAL WORKOUT Body weight WORKOUT - Barlates Body Blitz Endruance 80 Full Body https://youtu.be/2zBFYz_nOIQ Welcome to the Endurance 80 Series. These workouts use intervals of 80 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to build your endurance and strength. The workouts are designed to fully fatigue your muscles and to take you to another level of focus and technique. Your balance and coordination will be challenged and your muscles will feel the burn! In Endurance 80 Total Body you will see lots of up and down moves to get your heart rate up and your muscles burning. You will see a squat lung and side leg raise combination, crouching knee pulls, plie squats with arm extensions, a mini handstand glute raise series, lunge raises with triceps extensions, a plank hop interval and a fun abs to leg raise series. There are lots of variations shown so it is a workout you can grow with, do not attempt the advanced variations until you are comfortable with the modifications. It's 30 minutes of non-stop work to torch fat and sculpt lean muscle. Finish with an elongating stretch at the end!
