The workouts are easy to follow, but tough to do. They require very little space and guarantee results if you do them on a regular basis. In Stamina 50 Reps Weighted Upper you will use 3 sets of hand weights to burn out your arms, shoulder, back and chest. There are standing biceps, triceps, shoulder press, chest scoops and back rows, then single arm exercises seated on a stability ball, some angled chest presses leaning your back on the ball and finally a standing barre arms segment to burn out your smaller muscle groups. Lots of reps to get a great pump in all those upper body muscles!
