Schemper, Nutrition and Wellness Specialist Serves 1 Gluten-free | vegetarian | vegan-option* INGREDIENTS 1 cup of milk (cow’s milk or almond milk) ½ tsp. of turmeric powder ½ tsp ground cinnamon ¼ tsp. ground ginger ½ tsp. honey or maple syrup (optional) DIRECTIONS Pour the milk into a saucepan and cook over medium-heat until it’s hot. Do not let it come to a boil. Remove from heat and add turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and honey. Stir until all ingredients are combined.
