Stretch Yoga Warm Up Workout - BARLATES BODY BLITZ Warm and Stretch Standing https://youtu.be/ojGJOfU5opQ Welcome to the Warm and Stretch Series of 4 workouts. These routines can be used as a warm up and stretch prior to a more intense workout, as a cool down or by themselves on a recovery day. They are designed to lengthen the muscles and will help you improve flexibility. Warm and Stretch Standing uses a chair to help you intensify some of your favourite stretches. There are dynamic movements throughout the workout so that you heat up the muscle prior to stretching it. You will see lots of side bends, down dog stretches using the chair, deep inner thigh stretches and finally a great hamstring and hip stretch with your feet on the chair.
