Stretch Sculpting Fusion Workout - BARLATES BODY BLITZ Dynamic Flow Lengthen https://youtu.be/pImpIxVStZo Welcome to the Dynamic Flow Series, a series of 4 workouts that will strengthen and lengthen your entire body. You will use your own body weight with fluid, dance like movements in unique combinations to keep your mind and body engaged. These workouts are gentle, but effective. They are low impact and joint friendly, but will definitely still leave you feeling thoroughly workout out. In Dynamic Flow Lengthen you will start with a dynamic warm up then move into long lever leg raises, a warrior 3 to curtsy lunge combination, down dog to plank knee pulls, a side plank hip dip combination and a shin and foot stretch routine. You will finish with some static stretches to lengthen all the muscles you worked.
