Stretch Sculpting Fusion Workout - BARLATES BODY BLITZ Dynamic Flow Sculpt https://youtu.be/0XQsJVlwSaA Welcome to the Dynamic Flow Series, a series of 4 workouts that will strengthen and lengthen your entire body. You will use your own body weight with fluid, dance like movements in unique combinations to keep your mind and body engaged. These workouts are gentle, but effective. They are low impact and joint friendly, but will definitely still leave you feeling thoroughly workout out. In Dynamic Flow Sculpt you will use just your body weight to move through large range of motion exercises that have a dynamic stretching element to them. Your whole body will get involved as you perform exercises such as rag doll swings, arm circles with toe taps, side lunges and hip circles, rib cage shifts and a challenging warrior to lunge combo. You will finish with hip circles and some deeper, more static stretches in a standing and lying position.
