INTERVAL WORKOUT Total Body WORKOUT - Barlates Body Blitz Endurance 70 Total Sculpt https://youtu.be/mxlwfGYmR40 Welcome to the Endurance 70 Series. These workouts use intervals of 70 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to build your endurance and strength to a higher level. Having the longer intervals gives you time to focus on form and getting each move perfect to maximise your results. This is a great introduction to my more advanced Endurance workouts. Your balance and coordination will be challenged and your muscles will feel the burn! In Endurance 70 Total Sculpt you will start with 2 warm up rounds, then move into some high repetition, light weights exercises for the upper body. You will then use your chair to perform barre style lunges and squats before moving onto a tough abs segment featuring pendulum exercises to target every part of the core. Finally you will do a wide plie series with various foot combinations to target the thighs from all angles. There is a lengthening stretch at the end.
