Gliding Disc Workout Slider Workout - BARLATES BODY BLITZ Slide and Burn with weights https://youtu.be/gtpJV7UFwwg Welcome to the Slider and Burn Series. A set of 4 workouts that are low impact and joint friendly, but still bring maximum results. These workouts include various pieces of equipment to help you engage all the major and minor muscle groups in the body. You will get a great cardio factor with the sliders and a big burn as we sculpt and chisel a lean physique. Slide and Burn with weights is a total body workout with cardio and strength training. You will start with a non-weighted cardio set, then move to compound exercises using your upper body with the weights and your lower body with the sliders, you will then move to the mat for some more upper body and core moves such as push-ups, sit ups and v ups with arm engagement and some fun oblique exercises. There's also a tough triceps series at the end. You will be rewarded with a long stretch to lengthen the muscles to finish.
