There's a large variety of different styles and exercises to suit all levels of exercisers. Minimal equipment, minimal space and lots of heart pumping, muscle burning combinations to engage both mind and body. In Day 5 Cardio Mat you will start with a fun cardio warm up, then move into a cardio progression where you start with an easier version of an exercise, then up the intensity slightly and finally do a plyo version, there are 4 different progressions - you will be breathless! You will then move to the mat and use a light hand weight behind your knee to intensify all your favourite glute, outer thigh, pretzel and inner thigh exercises. Finally there is a tough abs set and a lengthening stretch to finish.
