How to strengthen your Pelvic Floor - BARLATES Pelvic Floor Basics Workout https://youtu.be/YcVmo5BdOqo In Pelvic Floor Basics you will learn how to engage your pelvic floor muscles in the most effective way. You will run through a series of simple exercises using a rolled up towel to help you squeeze and strengthen the pelvic floor whilst at the same time engaging your glutes and inner thigh muscles. You will start in a seated position, then move to lying with and without the towel, then a side lying diamond series and finally an all fours series. You can use the principles taught in this workout whenever you perform mat exercises which will help you to strengthen the pelvic floor as quickly as possible.
