Pilates Beginners workout Arms Workout - BARLATES BODY BLITZ Beginners Mat Upper https://youtu.be/mbnC6jxseZI Welcome to the BEGINNERS MAT SERIES, a series of time efficient workouts that will sculpt long, lean muscles! These workouts have fewer reps than my other mat workouts and you change legs more frequently. They are the perfect introduction if you are new to Barlates workouts and will still give you amazing results. In Beginners Mat Upper you will see some ballet swan arm exercises, an l-shape push-up to side triceps push up series, a side plank series with lateral pulls, push up and back extensions combos, triceps dip to triceps extensions and some biceps push-ups to finish. There's a lengthening stretch at the end.
