INTERVAL WORKOUT Cardio Sculpt WORKOUT - Barlates Body Blitz Endurance 110 Cardio Sculpt https://youtu.be/ah1i2BCFECo This is the trailer video clip for my full length workout Endurance 110 Cardio Sculpt, which you can purchase here: Welcome to the Endurance 110 Series. These workouts use intervals of 110 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to build your endurance and strength. Most of the workouts will split the intervals into 2 halves, doing one half on one side and then switching. this will fully fatigue your muscles and to take you to another level of focus and technique. Your balance and coordination will be challenged and your muscles will feel the burn! In Endurance 110 Cardio Sculpt you will start off with 2 warm up rounds and then stay on one side for 8 rounds before switching, finally finishing with 2 cardio moves. The exercises are squats with knee circles, lunges with front kicks, squats to diagonal back kicks, diagonal lunges to glute raises, down dog glute raises and push-ups, side leg raises to reverse plank kicks, leg plants and mini handstands, elbow glute raise to angled push ups, side to side lunges and donkey hops. There are easier modifications shown so it is a workout you can grow with, do not attempt the advanced variations until you are comfortable with the easier versions. It's 40 minutes of non-stop work to torch fat and sculpt lean muscle. Finish with an elongating stretch at the end!
