Resistance Band Ballet Barre Workout - BARLATES BODY BLITZ Target 10 Barre Lower https://youtu.be/Wbl8kMN3lTU Welcome to the Target 10 series. You will target all your problem areas with 10 rounds of 60 second intervals. You will add extra equipment such as ankle weights, resistance bands and pilates ball to some of the exercises to increase the burn even more. The workouts are easy to follow, but tough to do. They require very little space and guarantee results if you do them on a regular basis. In Target 10 Barre Lower you will use a resistance loop with standing barre style lower body exercises to burn in all the right places. You will see start with parallel and turned out barre squats, with the loop around your upper thighs. Then you will move to a quad intensive leg raise and extensions set, some wide plie squats and finally a fold over glute raise and turn out side of glute series.
