Ankle Weight Butt Workout - BARLATES BODY BLITZ Target 10 Glutes https://youtu.be/uPsHRulM8tk Welcome to the Target 10 series. You will target all your problem areas with 10 rounds of 60 second intervals. You will add extra equipment such as ankle weights, resistance bands and pilates ball to some of the exercises to increase the burn even more. The workouts are easy to follow, but tough to do. They require very little space and guarantee results if you do them on a regular basis. In Target 10 Glutes you will use ankle weights to intensify all your favourite glute exercises. You will start with kneeling glute raises, circles, out and ins, then more horizontal bend and extend and finally smaller range of motion pulses. You will perform all the exercises on one side before moving on to the other in order to fully fatigue the muscle. Performing the exercises in a kneeling position also engages the supporting leg so you will feel a total lower body challenge. Do the workout with or without ankle weights depending on your fitness level.
