Strength Training Legs Workout - BARLATES BODY BLITZ Torch and Tone WEIGHTS https://youtu.be/ZUdinJYE8LU Welcome to the Torch and Tone Series. These 4 workouts are designed torch fat and tone your muscles with fun cardio segments and tough sculpting exercises. You will slide and box away those calories and use body weight and weights to chisel and define your entire body. In Torch and Tone Weights you will start with a fun aerobics warm up, then move to body weight squats and lunges you will move to using medium then heavy weights with varying rep patterns for all your favorite lower body exercises, there are squats, dead lifts, lunges, plie squats, side lunges and curtsy lunges. You will finish on the mat with a tough abs set and a stretch. You will finish with a lengthening stretch.
