Feel Good Cardio Sculpt is a low impact workout which incorporates long, fluid cardio moves with more targeted sculpting exercises. There is a great balance challenge element to this workout with some front and back leg raises and lots of lateral moves with swan arms. You will increase your heart rate and gently sculpt your muscles whilst dynamically stretching your entire body. You will finish with a deeper stretch to leave you invigorated and lengthened!
