Stretch Sculpting Fusion Workout - BARLATES BODY BLITZ Dynamic Flow Functional https://youtu.be/TvOM9a3I4JI Welcome to the Dynamic Flow Series, a series of 4 workouts that will strengthen and lengthen your entire body. You will use your own body weight with fluid, dance like movements in unique combinations to keep your mind and body engaged. These workouts are gentle, but effective. They are low impact and joint friendly, but will definitely still leave you feeling thoroughly workout out. In Dynamic Flow Functional you will start with a dynamic warm up, then move into some up and down lunge and glute raise combinations, there’s leg circle lunges with leg raise jumps and finally a tough down dog to up dog series with leg lifts and hip dips. This workout has a great cardio factor with some up and down moves to increase the heart rate and lots of long lever stretches to lengthen the entire body.
