This TIGHTEN IT Outer Thighs and Upper using a pilates band to engage the upper body you will work through unique combinations moves that target your arms, shoulders and back as well as your outer thighs, hips and glutes. There are lots of leg raise variations as well as diamond raises and some tough all fours exercises. You will see some push-ups and planks sprinkled throughout for some added challenge.
