INTERVAL WORKOUT Lower Body WORKOUT - Barlates Body Blitz Endurance 70 Mostly Lower https://youtu.be/yVpQbRhllCc Welcome to the Endurance 70 Series. These workouts use intervals of 70 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to build your endurance and strength to a higher level. Having the longer intervals gives you time to focus on form and getting each move perfect to maximise your results. This is a great introduction to my more advanced Endurance workouts. Your balance and coordination will be challenged and your muscles will feel the burn! In Endurance 70 Mostly Lower you will take you through 2 warm up rounds of squat and lunge kick variations, then you will stay on one side for 8 rounds before doing 2 cardio rounds and moving to the other side. You will see side lunges with inner thigh sweeps, mini handstands to leg sweeps, down dog glute raises with weight transfers, a side leg raise combo, standing lunge knees and kicks and a lying glute raise to twist combo. There is quite a high cardio factor because of the fast pace, but most of the exercises are low impact. There is a lengthening stretch at the end.
