A set of 4 workouts that are low impact and joint friendly, but still bring maximum results. The sliding discs help you engage all the smaller, supporting muscle groups so that you get a super effective workout in minimum time. There's a mix of cardio and toning to work every muscle in your body! Slide and Box will take you through some fun boxing combinations whilst working your lower body with the sliders.
