These 4 workouts are designed burn lots of calories and tone your muscles with fun cardio segments and tough sculpting exercises. You will use various equipment as well as just your body weight to chisel and define your entire body. These are total body workouts that will get a lot done in minimum time! Shape Up Slide Sculpt is a total body workout with cardio and strength training. You will start with 5 slower paced slider exercises to warm up the body and familiarize you with the moves. You will then alternate between 5 squat style exercises, then the same 5 slider cardio exercises, 5 lunge exercises, back to the cardio, 5 biceps exercises, back to the cardio, 5 triceps exercises, back to the cardio, 5 upper abs exercises, one last round of cardio and finally 5 lower abs exercises. You will be rewarded with a long stretch to lengthen the muscles to finish.
