Resistance Band Lower Body Workout - BARLATES BODY BLITZ Target 10 Quads https://youtu.be/iNezycaGUm8 Welcome to the Target 10 series. You will target all your problem areas with 10 rounds of 60 second intervals. You will add extra equipment such as ankle weights, resistance bands and pilates ball to some of the exercises to increase the burn even more. The workouts are easy to follow, but tough to do. They require very little space and guarantee results if you do them on a regular basis. In Target 10 Quads you will work the front of your thighs to perfection using a resistance loop to intensify the exercises. You will start with thigh dancing, then move to leg raises, circles, in and out sweeps and extensions with different rep patterns. You will do the exercises on one side first and then the other in order to fully fatigue each leg. The burn is real with this intense quad focused workout. Use it on it's own or add it to another of the Target 10 workouts for a further challenge.
